    An online youth mental health service with information and advice on mental health, as well as stories, guides, tools, and forums to help on a range of mental health issues.
  • Headspace
    A national Australian foundation for young people 12 to 25 going through a tough time. Headspace has more than 60 centres around Australia and can help with general health, counselling, education and employment services, as well as drug and alcohol issues. Services can be low-cost or free depending on your situation.

    WA musicians promoting mental health: encouraging young people to get help for any problems, support their friends dealing with tough times and challenge stigma or discrimination.
