Youth Focus’ annual fundraising event, the Hawaiian Ride for Youth, is being held across five days in March from the 24th to the 28th of March. The event, which began in 2003, sees riders cycle the 700 kilometres from Albany to Perth, stopping at high schools to engage students in the issues of youth suicide, depression, self-harm, and how the services that Youth Focus provides can help.

In 2014, Ride for Youth raised a total of $1,947,780 with 109 riders. With almost 150 riders set to take part in 2015, this is set to be the biggest Ride for Youth in the event’s history.
